The small print

WEDDING HAIR TRIAL

• Bride wedding trial is required.

• Bridal party / wedding guests trials must be carried out at the same time as the bride or additional costs may be incurred.

• All hair trials are completed at my home in Sancton, York, East Yorkshire.

BOOKING

• To secure your wedding date, a signed booking contract and a non-refundable £100 is required. Payment via bank transfer. This fee will be deducted from the final balance.

• For Wedding parties over the stated package numbers, an assistant may be required, which will incur an additional charge of £200. This will be discussed during the initial consultation.

• Half Day Package - please note the hairstylist will leave once the Bridal party is ready to leave for the ceremony

• Full Day Package - please note the Bridal hair change for reception must be completed before 7pm

• Trial costs are payable by bank transfer the day before the appointment.

• The balance is payable 14 days before the Wedding Day via bank transfer.

TRAVEL & PARKING COSTS

• Travel cost will be added. Travel is charged at £0.50 per mile.

• Overnight accommodation may be required the night before the wedding if the journey to the venue is over 2 hours.

• Parking charges at venues are payable by the client.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is very unlikely we will fill the date with a new booking less than 6 months before the day due to the nature of when brides book.

• Cancellations 6 months before the day 50% of the balance payment is chargeable.

• Cancellations 4 months before the day 75% of the balance payment is chargeable.

• Cancellations 2 months before the day 100% of the balance payment is chargeable.
